Question about HP LaserJet 3050 All-In-One Printer
This printer worked fine for a long time. Then started having problems with it printing. Removed printer from printer list and could not add it again so I uninstalled and reinstalled the drivers for the Mac OS 10.3.9. Printer still will not print - the print job goes into the queue and then disappears without any errors and the job is not printed. I can get the printer to print using the HP Utility software so I know there is communication between the computer and printer. Any ideas?
Power off printer, disconnect all leads such as USB, network, etc and power on again.
Does it power on to the normal state?
Are there any messages on the control panel or light patterns (eg off, on, flashing etc)?
