I have only power and ehternet led glowing in my DNA-A211-I bsnl modem....when i checked with the BSNL office they told everything is fine from their side......is it a hardware prob...or the reset pin wil make it work? please let me know
-First i would test the Internet, by plugging the cord from your BSNLmodem directly into your computer, restart your computer. If the internet works you know you have a problem with router.
-Next unplug your power from the router and then plug your cord from the BSNLmodem back into the Internet port or WAN port of your router. Now plug the power back into your router. This should reset the WAN IP in the router, if that does not work. Try the reset PIN.
If that does not word you could try reflashing the firmware and if that does not work then I would say its Hardware.
