Question about Microsoft Xbox Console
I turn my console on. Starts up just fine. The dashboard screen opens up. I open the tray, place Halo 2 in (brand new game), press the button to close, the light blinks a few times, stays solid, and nothing happens. It just stays on the dashboard. It is a used unit purchased on amazon.com. It looks to be in brand new condition.
Have you tried another game on it? To make sure it is not the game.
If you have then your system has a dead laser. I have seen brand new systems with dead lasers. You should return it, or buy a new laser and install it.
