ibought samsung surround sound and hooked it to the tv,but it only works when i play dvd.how can i connect to my tv so i can surround sound from tv or drem box

connect audio cables from the audio out jacks on your tv to the audio in jacks on your samsung surround. they may be labeled video 1,2 or aux. if your using a cable box the cable box may have optical or digital input jacks. your samsung surround should have a digital in jack which requires an optical cable.
