I already have my I P address and I'm trying to now forward my port. I'm confused and don't know the next step for using Utorrent. Help!

First off, the have the wrong IP address set for the router. The 10.0.0.138 address they are shopwing you would be replaced by 192.168.0.1 (default for D-Link). You can always tell by going to the command prompt (start/run/cmd) then type "ipconfig". This will tell you the the default gateway (router) and the ip address of your computer. The 255.255.255.0 is your subnet mask. Now try following those very confusing directions.
In the D-link, forward ports in the DMZ or RIP section of the router.
Personally, I don't know Utorrent and would not open a hole in my firewall for it. Bit Torrent is the original and most trustworthy of the 'torrent" programs.
