please your pc in remu the scaner progremmes and re instoller the scaner driver to original driver cd. and you go the start manu and select to program to cleck and so the scaner folder is open and start to your works.

If you still have the device driver, then uninstall an reinstall the scanner again. That should help you out. If you dont have the driver, send an e-mail to allanabbas@yahoo.co.uk i,ll let you have it.
