Question about Panasonic CT-36D32 36" TV
My TV shuts its self off for about 3 minutes and then back on for about 10 minutes. I took the back off of the TV and it stays on all of the time. Seems to be getting hot? I took air and cleaned all of the dust out but did not help. Any suggestions?
Sounds like you have a bad solder connection. Since you had the back off can you slide the chassis out not forcing anything and may have to unplug a couple of plugs to get it out and turn the chassis upside down carefully and with a magnifying glass look for bad connections in the solder If you see obvious bad connections they can be soldered with rosin core solder and soldering iron used in electronics. Put the hot iron on the bad connection first to heat it up and then apply solder letting it flow over the connection. let cool and solidify. Hope this helps
