my computer was dropped so i had a guy look at it and he said i had to get a new recovery disk's because i didnt do it throught the computer and now i instaled all three disks the recovery disk 1-2 and also the system disk and it goes through everything and then it comes to a black screen and says bootmrg is missing and to press cltr alt del. what do i need to do

when it boots up you should see a menu or at least something that says restore computer... choose that. but before you do tape the F8 key and see if it will boot to safe mode.
