How do I reset the password on my A135-S2386? When I turn on my computer, ther is a black screen with a blue box in the middle. It simply says "ENTER PASSWORD". If you do not enter the correct information, it shuts down after the third attempt.

Try removing the keyboard and then looking for a silver colour battery lookalike . Just remove that . Wait for five seconds. Then put it back and login .
