I bought a replacement battery for my pcg-k35. It

I bought a replacement battery for my pcg-k35. It worked ok the first time I tried it after charging it to 100%, now it says I have 72% and when unplug it from power supply, it dies. Any suggestions as I have read sooooo many web sites.
