Question about HP OfficeJet G85 All-In-One InkJet Printer
Hi - we just purchased a beautiful new computer - apple imac. the computer recognizes the printer and states that the jobs are completed but nothing happens with the printer. The screen stays at date and time.
The only solution I have ever found that worked is to unplug the printer, restart the computer, and plug it back in. Upgrading the driver to HP Image Zone 9.1.4 has stopped this from happening.

I have a similar probelm. Have a HP lap top and an HPC6180 printer. Every time you shut the system down and then restart all of the files you wish to print end up in que and csn not get them out to print. No one seems to be able to understand how to get them out of que and printing.
