That happens when yahoo detected some unusual activities on your account like sending too many emails in a certain period of time. My advice is compose a group of 50 persons for sending email and it should be with interval time like at least 30 minutes per sending a group mails.
it is due to the cookies or the cache...try clearing yours browsers cache , cookies and temporary internet files..... and reset your browsers settings ...
