Question about Wurlitzer Jukebox 1015 One More Time 100-Disc CD Changer
I have a one more time 100 disc cd jukebox that when turned on flashes 8 and wont let me do anything. also, the cd arm swings back and forth. i came to the conclusion that it could be the electric motor that drives the cd carousel so i took it out and it has absolutley no resistance to it and spins freely in both directions. Do you tink that the motor could be burnt out and need replaced or is it something totally different. any suggestions would be appreciated.
It's the 'duck bill' bracket on the shaft near the gear box. On the others side of the white gears at the base of the tone arm. There's a white bracket that dips and clicks a microswitch when the gripper arm is over the carousel. It's come loose. Press it with your finger when the gripper arm is over the carousel and it will stop. Tighten it in that position..
