HP1005 says out of paper but there is plenty. this printer is only a few weeks old.
One document will not cancel in spite of numberous attempts and is holding up the queue.

In run window type services.msc and the go to print spooler option just stop and restart the service.and switch off and switch on the printer it will clear the queue.
