Do you need to oil anyting on the weslo treadmill 340cs. and do you need to blow out dirt from the motor area. mine smells like it's overheating after just a few minutes. thank you for any info. it also slows down till i stand on sides then speeds back up
Weslo treadmills generally are not worth fixing, it's usually cheaper to buy a new one and it will just break again anyway.
Sorry to be so blunt, but it is true.
I recommend a better treadmill, they break less often and when they do, they are worth fixing.
Yes, you should lubricatethe belt twice a year, not oil, but silicone. And you probably need a new drive belt as well.
