Have you manually install the Opearting system? Connect to internet and automatically search available dirver on the net. If the webcam dont even shows in device manager, install the complete firmware driver software of your laptop, this will enable the chip to operate to it maximum features and all devices attached will be detected, the thats the time you can install drivers in each device.
