Re: Unlock

You'll have to convert all the MP3's on the zen to MP4's which is what the Ipod will play...Itunes should convert all your music automatically if you let it just after you install itunes. That is why I hate "I"anything.

The volume control is locked

The ONLY way to resolve this issue is to restore using iTunes. iTunes will restore the iPod. It is recommended to only have one iPod connected to one computer at a time. Also shairring your library should not cause the iTunes to not restore your iPod. If you are not wanting to restore the iPod due to not wanting to loose music, you will have to choose between unlocking the volume limit and keeping music.

THere is this password/code to unlock

If it is simply locked, you can slide the hold/lock switch.

If it's asking for a password, and it's not 1,1,1,1 , then you will need to open iTunes and do a system Restore on the iPod - it will unlock the iPod, but it erases all of your music, so it will have to be reloaded.

About connect my zen in computer

You should put in the istallation cd before hooking it up. Then afterwards, it will ask you how you want to put music on your Zen when you hook it up.

Hope this helps.

Ipod Nano can't unlock volume lock

I assume your music is stored safely in iTunes on your computer? If so, just do a Restore on the iPod through iTunes to reset your iPod to the factory defaults. You will have to copy your music back, but the lock will be removed.

If your music is not saved on a computer, use software such as ephPod to get the music off - then do a Restore. (see:

Good luck.

I can't download my iTunes music to my creative zen jukebox mp3 player.

Not all Zen jukeboxes are compatible with iTunes (possibly 100% are not) - convert the .AAC format songs from iTunes with an AAC to Mp3 Converter, and you should be fine. Or, use a different music service that is compatible with your Zen. Or, get an iPod. Whichever you prefer.

Unlock my ipod

I assume the unlocking your ipod is the combination that locks the screen and not the little white tab on the top of the iPod. By plugging the iPod into itunes it should unlock it. By restoring your iPod you erase the lock but also your music. If may stay unlocked when you remove it from the computer. Good luck.

How to release screen lock

Hello bsureshmkr,

If you have locked your iPod and cannot remember the unlock code you will need to use your iTunes software to unlock the MP3 player. Connect the player to the primary computer you use to add music to the iPod. Then start iTunes and synch the player as normal. When you are done synching and disconnect the iPod from the computer it will be unlocked.

Apple iPod MP3 Player 30GB

Wow sorry to hear about that :: Here is the info you need :: According to Apple, if you have forgotten the code, you can unlock the iPod nano or iPod by doing the following: Connect your iPod to the primary computer you use it with (the first one iPod synced with), and open iTunes. When you disconnect iPod from the computer, it will no longer be locked. If you can't unlock iPod using either [the code or connecting it to the computer you use to manage its songs]. . . you can restore your iPod to factory settings using iPod Updater. Please note that this will erase all data on your iPod. Afterwards, you can add your music and data back to your iPod. Apple also notes that company "representatives cannot unlock an iPod if you forget your combination. If you can't unlock your iPod and you don't have access to the primary computer, your only option is to restore the iPod, which will erase all music and data." I hope this helps
