Can't open my cp W580 sony ericson

My cellular phone (sony ericson W580)cannot open when i turn it on. This happen when i charged the battery for 2 hours as i usually did. When the charge is through i turn it on and it opened. After an hour i found out that it turned off. I try to open it again but it cannot open anymore. Whats the problem of this? I bring it to a technician and said this is a program problem how to fixed this problem? The technician said he cannot download a program/softwre from a website. can you help me fixed this problem. I bought the unit a year ago.Thanks,Rolly
