We have free repair guides for the Dell E173FP monitors posted on our web site at: www.ccl-la.com/badcaps.htm It gives step by step procedures to repair several Dell monitors as well as other brands. If you can solder then you should be able to do the repair yourself. If you don't want to do the repair yourself we do offer a repair service for $30 plus return shipping. Try plugging it into an external monitor and see if you can get it to show up on that. If it does, it might be a bad screen.

When you flip phone open inside screen stays white
Moto RAZR phones are notorious for this. Best thing to do - Get a new phone. Inside of the hinge, there is a sensor that detects if the phone is open or shut. When you open the phone, it still thinks its closed, so the screen stays white, and if im correct the outside display should still work. Pretty much not-fixable unless you know someone who can take it apart and re-position the sensor (will void the warranty)

Best thing to do....Upgrade.

Goes right to a white screen and stays like that
transfer all your contacts and pics to ur computer and go to phone , then security , then press reset , enter your code which is the last for digits of ur number unless u changed it and it should work , when you unplug battery for about 2 days , to be safe

Hi there,

what this means is that the computer can't find the system. the repair could be a simple system reinstall or you may need a new harddrive in the computer.
