I have replaced my ink cartridges because the printer said they were empty. They were not. The printer also said it couldn't find the printer head or something...what do we do now to reestablish our printing ability?

Run generaltool.exe or the application or executable file.
Select USB port of the printer to be reset.
Click lock release button.
IN Select Destination option, select the printer model.
In Test Print option, select EEPROM clear.
Prepare a paper and then click test pattern 1 under Test Print option.
Turn off the printer and turn on again.

For resetter which do not have Lock Release button

Run generaltool.exe or the application or executable file.
Select USB port of the printer to be reset.
In Select Destination option, select the printer model.
In Test Print option, select EEPROM clear.
Prepare a paper and then click test pattern 1 under Test Print option.
