Roxwizardlauncher10.exe will not launch 'my dvd

Roxwizardlauncher10.exe will not launch 'my dvd express' I cannot burn any dvd's. This problem came suddenly and without warning. I have been burning discs for 18 months with this product without incident.

The name of the product is 'Roxio easy media creator 10 suite.' I bought it about 2 years ago.

I have uninstalled and reinstalled several times following all the advice from Roxio about preparing your computer for a better installation and still the creator will not launch the dvd express or any other dvd application. Apparently I can burn a cd but not a dvd. I have a Dell 5150 desktop about 3 years old with a 3 gig. processor and 2 gigs of ram and 100 gigs of free hard drive space.
