The little flap had a tooth on one side broken and was loose. I purchased the replacement part and now the flap/little door does not open when contact is made...I believe it has something to do with the spring loading assembly...what is it supposed to look like?

-   Door to ice doesn't open. Magnetic charge in solenoid works but piston isn't moving to move ice door. It moves freely by hand. What is going on?-   Joehanso1000
