Question about Directv D10 DTV Receiver
What you want to do is looen the bolts on the neck collar there should be 3 of them and i believe they are half inch or 7/16. once u loosen them turn our tv p so u can hear the signal strength and carefully swing the dish from left to right. when u get a good signal tightn it down and then loosen up the bolts on the side of the angle bracket should be 2 bolts same size as the neck bolts loosen them slowwly and move you dish up and down ti you find your best signal.

On my receiver there is a setting for signal strength on the menu/setup. You can have some one watch the signal meter and try but with out a meter at the dish you might be looking for a while. There are websites that give the look angle and azimuth from your location if you have a compass.
