- I have all the system requirements (XP) and cannot download any images on to my PC. First of all when I connected the USB cable, it froze my mouse so I disconnected all other USB connections which worked. I set the camera settings as in the manual, ie USB, PC etc. and turned on the camera. I went on to My Computer and there is an icon for removable disk (E) but no DCIM folder is in it. I have installed the driver on to my PC. I thought it was like my old camera of just plugging it in and seeing the images on my PC!!Thanks - any help would be appreciated. Jyn- Jynny
