Try resetting your phone by following these instructions from Apple:
http://support.apple.com/kb/HT1430

If it still doesn't work, you may have to take it into the Genius Bar in an Apple Store for them to help you. You can make an appointment on their website by going here: http://www.apple.com/retail/geniusbar/

Testimonial: "Wow what a great response! Thanks for all the help. I took my phone to the Genius Bar and they helped me."

Not sure what you mean exactly but you can reset the iPhone several ways. hold down the power button until you see the slider for turning off the iPhone. Another way is to hold power button and home button at the same time for several seconds, it will reset the iPhone.

Maybe you mean put the iPhone back in factory setting? That would be "restore" you can do that through iTunes, if you do this through iTunes and your iPhone is Jailbroken and unlock, it will become un-Jailbroken and locked, just be aware.

I have iPhone 6&6s..form previous owners..how do I start when it asks for ID's and they can't remember

Generally speaking, you need the Apple ID to reset your iPhone. iPhone needs you to enter the Apple ID to switch off your account and the Find My iPhone service will be turn off. If you are using iTunes to reset your iPhone, you need to enter the Apple ID when your iPhone reboots.

But if you have no Apple ID or passcode, you will have to reset your iPhone without Apple ID. To do this you need first put iPhone into DFU mode and connect it to your iTunes. Your iTunes will help you to reset your iPhone without entering Apple ID easily. Resetting your iPhone with this method will result in wiping all the data in your iPhone.

Step 1: Open iTunes on your computer and connect your iPhone to the computer with a USB cable.
Step 2: After that, turn off you device. Press and hold the Home button for 3 seconds.
Step 3: Put your iPhone into DFU mode: Press and hold the Power and Home button for 10 seconds. Then release the power button and keep holding the home button. When you see the Apple logo disappears, you have successfully put your iPhone into DFU mode.
Step 4: When iTunes detects that your iPhone is in recovery mode, you can restore it now.
Step 5: Click on Restore iPhone. Then you will be notified after the reset and your iPhone will take a restart.

After resetting your iPhone with the guidance mentioned above, you'd better create a new Apple ID and password in time.

How do i reset iphone 6 to factory resets

On your iPhone, go to Settings, then General. Tap on Reset. You should see three different options to choose from.

To proceed, tap on Reset All Settings. Be careful not to tap 'Erase All Content and Settings'

Your iPhone's settings should be back to its original configuration without you having to lose all your data and restore them at a later time.
