Find a JBL n24aw replacement speaker

Looks like the woofer is a 4" Polyplas shielded driver, part #NS-W4SS, 4 ohms. If JBL can't supply a replacement try looking at Madisound or Partsexpress. Find a 4" 4 ohm woofer or mid-bass driver with a round frame. Check the actual measurements against your driver because not all "4 inch" drivers are the same size or bolt pattern. Make sure the depth will fit. You don't need "shielded" unless the speakers will be right up against a CRT (and nobody uses CRTs these days). Get a pair and replace both because the new driver certainly won't match the old.

Take a look at the Dayton Audio RS100-4 from Parts Express (or Amazon). The Hi-Vi M4N from Madisound "may" work but it is 8 ohms.

Are my tr-2810 tower speakers shielded? Will they ruin my television?

if you are using lcd monitor then it will not do any damage to it. however, if it is a crt type of monitor then yes it can or may damage the monitor. if the speakers do not that they are shielded then you should assume that they are not and should be placed away from the crt monitor because the speakers magnetic field will affect the crt magnetic filed used to display the picture on the screen. speakers with high magnetic fields and are unshielded should kept away from crt type monitors! lcd monitors do not use magnetic fields to bring a picture to the screen so it will not affect these types of monitors.
you nay also check your user's or owner's manual for more information on you speakers and maybe check any of the manufactures web site as well. but it better safe the sorry to keep the speakers away from the monitor in question.

The YST SW305 amplifies both sound and undesired noises. Is there a means so as to prevent its response to go below 30hz?

Yes you can cut off the low frequency response by putting a capacitor in series with the input. Cut the RCA cable connected to the input and connect a .047MFD capacitor in series to the "hot" wire.
The hot wire is the wire inside the braided shield wire, this is the signal positive and the outer shield wire is the signal negative.Leave the negative intact. And experiment with various values of capacitors between .047 to ..22MFD till you are satisfied. The rating of the capacitor need be only 50volts.

My yamaha htr 5935 turns off by itself after 3 seconds. I have disconnected all the speakers and it still does it.

I had the XM antenna plug come loose. In the process of trying to re solder it I had to remove the small shield over the plug. With the shield removed the reciever would shut off after 3 seconds. Once I soldered the shield back on it stayed powered up. I hope this helps.

Jbl sub300 has developed humming sound

Make sure all of your cables are seated well; this can come from poor shielding of low-level audio cables. If all seems in order, then the power supply for the subwoofer has poor filtering that can come from a failing electrolytic capacitor.
If you plan on DIY service, here is a link to the manual:
JBL Sub300 manual
It is said to be 60 pages long.

Can a subwoofer affect a computer monitor?

Most computer speakers are (SHIELDED) and this protects electronics from the magnets in the speakers! So you should be safe if your surround sound system is made for a computer system! ( if not two feet is a safe distance)

Noise comming from centre speaker of panasonic scpt560 home theatre system

check the cable 1st. If this speaker is powered, you could have a bad shield, or the power is causing a ground loop.
If the speaker is coming from an amp using speaker wire ie: 2 lead + - check the connection and make sure no fraid strands are touching each other on the rear connection.
In addition check your TV, Ap, And speaker system (if sub is powered independently) are all on the same curcuit.
a certain cause for ground looping resulting in hum.
