Tips for a great answer:
First of all remove the battery and the memory card from the phone. Use a hair dryer to warm up the battery compartment so as to warm up the set lightly. Now replace only the battery after about 15 minutes back into the phone and switch on. If the phone boots up and comes alive with the service logging on, then reset phone to factory settings, connect your phone to PC to have a virus scan . Also now have your memory card scanned for virus, remove files and format.
If however the fault stays then you might have to contact Samsung to have the software reinstalled or else the phone hardware can be faulty.
