You have to got to the Creative web site, follow links for support and downloads. Look for, download and install a win7 driver for your camera.

No, their is not one if its not compatible you will have to purchase a camera that is compatible with win xp 64. Another option is to get a USB card reader ($15-$20) and put your memory stick inside it and goes directly into the usb port. You can pull your photos off just like a portable memory stick. I use this option for my Sony camera and my laptop has a media port that takes the card directly with no need to have a USB card reader....
