Restart Computer
Visit the Creative website - identify your webcam - click on it - make sure you read the notes and select the correct software for your computer OS

You have to got to the Creative web site, follow links for support and downloads. Look for, download and install a win7 driver for your camera.

No, their is not one if its not compatible you will have to purchase a camera that is compatible with win xp 64. Another option is to get a USB card reader ($15-$20) and put your memory stick inside it and goes directly into the usb port. You can pull your photos off just like a portable memory stick. I use this option for my Sony camera and my laptop has a media port that takes the card directly with no need to have a USB card reader....
