Hi there, So you mean that you are just logging into your computer using the account that you have created? Try this: On the login screen press CTRL+ALT+DEL at the same time, it should give you a window asking you to type your username. Type Administrator in the username field and enter the administrator password that you have entered when you setup your windows.
Check your LAN cable if it's connected to the Network or if you don't have a network try to logon locally.

- Yes, but if you have a network and are sure that you are connected to it, you can logon to the domain of your network with your specific logon ID that your System Administrator had set to use. If not, then you can logon to your Local computer that is not connected to the domain/network.
