Hi Avis Edwards... Your MP3 player requires the following:
Music requires.....MP3 (8kbps ~ 320kbps), or
.WMA (5kbps ~ 384kbps)
for music at Constant Bit Rate Video requires: .AMV files For a user manual for your Mp3 player and a FREE video/music converter download it at the following link..(The converter is inside of the download) Please take time to rate me Bud
probably it is a mp4 player and will play just that format ...the idea is to download a converter that will allow you to adjust the bit rate and the framerate of the file ... so ...after that take a look on the properties (advanced) of one of the files that do plays in the player ...and after that convert the files you want to add to player by the exact format ...(mpeg4...or mp4..or avi ..) including the framerate ..and the bitrate .. Another thing ...even if the player can display pictures...if it is not an mp4 player will ot play any video...but just pictures...and mp3(sound ) files...no matter if it has or not display capable to do that ..Only mp4 and avi players do that ..
And you'll never be able to do that , because your device is called mp3 player . Mp3 formatted files are audio file types and that what your device is capable to run . Video files for a mini device like yours or cell phone devices are formatted in Mp4 formats , so if you want to enjoy watching videos on a small screen , you need to buy another device called Mp4 player . But don't forget to convert all videos to Mp4 format before you upload them to such a device .
good luck .
If it's not downloading videos, first you need to check the requirements. If you're trying to download a video from the computer to your MP4, you have to make sure that the device has enough space to accept the video.
Example: the video size is 700MB, but you only have 600MB remaining storage on your MP4, then the device could never afford a file size that is larger that the free storage.
Check the supported file format of the device. Refer to the user manual of your device to see what are the supported video file formats. Let's say the device could support .avi file, but you are trying to download .3gp or other file format, the device would not accept it.
Kindly refer to the user manual or contact the manufacturer for more details about your device.
Sir please connect your device to your computer and see if any indication is shown on the display of your mp3 player if yes then open my computer and a new device will appear under the removable devices...please open it and if there is a folder named mp3 to music then also open it and copy paste all music you want
If not then please make sure in the settings of the device that USB is set to MASS STORAGE MODE
Thanx and i hope this helps PLease rate this solution
