power-mate head quit working reset button don't work no power getting to powerhead

I have checked the belt, cleaned it, taken it apart, put it back together. Was working fine, I disconnected the power mate to clean along woodwork, when I put it back together, the power mate would not work. I checked all the connections also and they seem to be connected.

I have the exact same problem. Not sure what to do. This vacuum has had MANy problems. Think I have a lemon?!

Exact same problem. Power head will not turn back on after reset button pushed.

I am getting suction to the power mate, but the mate doesn't
work. The belt seem fine, but the light and beater doesen.t
go on. Tried the reset - no result. Thanks
