Cables all connected, no error, but cannot...

I have recently bought and installed ADS DVD Xpress DX2 onto my laptop. I have connected all cables correctly and am receiving no error messages, but for some reason I cannot see any video on my pc from my integrated tv/vcr. I have connected via the composite leads via a scart at the back of the tv and also tried at the front of the tv (although there is only one audio lead available). I have contacted the support site, but as yet have yet to receive any constructive help. In case it helps my laptop has a Nvidia GeForce FXG5200. Any help would really be appreciated.
