The way I do it is to save the window image by pressing print screen and then pasting the saved image into Paintbrush. You can save it as a jpg instead of a bmp, if you like. Then you simply attach the saved image file to your email.

Follow these steps to do a print screen....
1) Simply press the "PrtSC" (Print Screen) Button on the keyboard. 2) Then open Paint and press "Ctrl + V" 3) Save the file and you are done. See Example1.jpg


If you want to have print screen of a application only then
1) Simply press the "Alt + PrtSC" (Print Screen) Button on the keyboard. 2) Then open Paint and press "Ctrl + V" 3) Save the file and you are done. See Example2.jpg
