Question about Foxconn 6100M2MA-RS2H Motherboard
I have a Foxconn Winfast 6100M2MA-RS2H motherboard. I had 2Gb of Ram DDR 2 800Mhz, 1x1Gb and 2x512Mb. I bought another 1Gb module and boots fine when the 2x1Gb modules run in dual channel in the first 2 slots. As soon as I insert a 512Mb module in the 3rd or 4th slot the computer doesn't boot or just shows 512Mb.
Does any one know whats wrong? I have tried every possible combination to try to make it work, but it doesn't.
Your board can only handle 2Gb of total memory.
2 x DDR2 SDRAM DIMMs, Dual Channel DDR2 533/667/800.
Check your manual.

Um that isnt true, I have this same mobo and am running 4 gigs of corsair ddr2 800 mhz ram and my computer boots fine (still has the common issue of only registering 3 gigs).... maybe its a compatibility issue?
