my vizio tv model #GV42LFHDTV10A i had in the box for more than a year since i bought it with a chance that i was going to move but i never move when i try it there is no sound or video the screen is black. The nsme brand vizio lights up everytime i connect to the outlet and when i disconnect it the light goes out but it does not bring it to the menu. I try it manually turn it on and also with the remote control but to no avail. I call Vizio but no help due to the warranty expired one year and i did not buy extended warranty eventhough i spend almost $1400.
