hi this might help you:
*try to find the drivers/firmware on the internet and install or reinstall it so that it can be recognized.
*maybe also your motherboard or little electronic stuff related to it to say it like that might be to old or broke so that they can't recognize it, and that repair or propably replacement is needed.
