Do you mean have calls transferred to voice mail? Go into system programming and change 408 (DIL 1:1 Nite) to point to the ext of the voice mail port, which depends on your system. That number is found in 118
Start by going to the phones that need to have the button fixed.
[Program], , [Button] (you should see an incorrect ext number), , [Correct ext number] and [Store]
You may need to repeat this at all phones that need the corrected light.
