-   I have the same problem but I have a audiophase mp3/video kz111 with fm tuner and when i plug it into computer to charge and come back to it a few hours later, it will say that battery is full but the battery is still dead.

Hello,
Try resetting the MP3 player. turn it on, connect to your computer press and hold the play button for ten seconds. unplug it wait 10 seconds and plug it back to your computer. leave it charging for a couple of hours.
