I have a samsung Steel (SGH-L8 10V) i've taken a few videos and photos on it.. i plug the usb cable in and it wants me to choose one of three things..it says "select USB Mode": 1) Media Player 2)PC Studio 3)Mass Storage all i want to do is transfer the photos and vids to my pc..how on god's earth do i do this??

Does your phone have a cable USB to plug into your computer? If not post them on Facebook if you have it then right click on photo and choose Save Image As! Store it in my pictures if you are running windows!

Try Android Phone Manager.

Try update samsung pc studio from samsung website (its free)
download pc studio 3

Must use pc studio 3, free.

You need to plug your phone through the usb but the phone will ask you for three options, i always pick mass storage. For me its easier.

Hey u should have got a usb cable with ur phone! Plug the cable into ur phone and then into the usb port on ur laptop. Then just follow the step by step instructions that appear on ur laptop.
