If the product becomes defective during the limited Warranty period Kaser Corporation will repair or replace any defective component at no charge to the original owner, subject to the limitation and requirements listed.
The following is required by the Kaser Corporation when requesting warranty service: Check your retailers return policy. All purchased products must be returned to original retailers if within their return policy time period. If the product is out of retailers return period, please email a request for a return authorization number toSUPPORT@KASERCORP.COM. The product must be packed in the original carton or in suitable packing offering similar degree of protection. To avoid scratches or other damages to the product during shipping separate items, such as the player, cables, or ear phone, should be individually wrapped and placed in the same package. This will also reduce any extra cost of return freight/postage. Please include a copy of Proof of Purchase
