The CD-Rom Drive on my Acer Aspire 9300 has an intermittent issue. I can play movies/CD's and install software on it sometimes, and sometimes it won't load the movies,cd's or software. Have been trying to watch a movie on it for 2 days now and won't load the movie. What could be the problem?
