You are right, the feedroller is worn and needs to be replaced. Is your copier in an office or your home? Is it a copier bought by you personally or by your company? The reason for that is, Xerox never sells copiers to businesses without pushing a maintenance agreement on the customer. With that, there is an 800 number in the user manual for service and sometimes the number is posted on the copier. Unless you have a tech available to order and replace parts, you will have to call Xerox.
