The connector on the Dell side is a 1/8" (or 3.5mm) stereo connector, and is a standard mini headphone connector as used on iPods and other devices.
The connector on the Sony side is either another 3.5mm connector, in which case you want something like this cable, or it's dual RCA jacks, in which case you want something like this cable.
Neither of those are great prices -- you can easily find cheaper versions at any Wal-Mart or Radio Shack store, but they're examples of what you'll need.
