I have two machines of above model. In one I get C 610 and in another I get C 620 error code. I have checked fixing unit (i.e. heater lamp, thermister, thermostat) found OK. While making switch on machine scanner moves and exposure turns on and afterwards error code appears. Main motor is not turning on at that time. Kindly let me know how to solve the problem.
I would suggest that you confirm proper fixing heater supply turn on from Power source PCB to fixing unit if possible. Or replace it with a known good one (part# 2A1280551). If you are getting a low AC voltage reading at the heaters when they should be heating you may have a defective Triac or relay on the power PCB. If that is all OK you are probably looking at the main PCB as a source of the problem as it sends turn on signals to the power PCB.
A 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.

Hello, as you probably now, the E007 is error for fixing film rotation. The rotation is checked over sensor above the film's "white" dot.
So are You sure that sensor works, is there any left overs of old film on sensor, reconnect all connectors related to the film sensor, is the "white" spot dirty or damadged, are you sure that fixing film is rotateing properly??????????
Hope that something of this will help you to find solution....
The error E007, is a common error for digital copiers, B&W segment. It means that fixing film on fixing heater is worn out.To be exact: on left side of fixing film on heater is little white square. With help of this square, photo sensor knows the condition of fixing film.If this square is "eaten", the sensor does not recognize it and automatically reports error code E007.
Your next step should be to replace fixing film. For EU region, or 230V and 50Hz current, the part number is FM2-3353 FIXING FILM ASSY.
In case of mild worn fixing film, you can try to turn off and on the copier, and get few more copies.
If the copier has over than 500 000 copies, the best solution would be to replace the whole fixing unit. For EU region, the part number is FM2-3352.
The condition of fixing film you can check with pocket mirror and flash light. Open the left door, above the drum unit (long green roller) is fixing unit which have warning heat lable.Place the pocket mirror under left side of fixing unit, and you should be able to see the damadged fixing film. Also if the fixing is so badly eaten, on left door should be particles of light brown color.
the last error generated is from the fixing unit you have to clear the error again, but if this error code (Error 003) returned a thorough check on the fixing unit is needed.Or could be the AC supply to the machine is not stable.Go to program mode got o display> analog check the fuser/fixing temp hope this will help
Okay, to be of real help you have to reset the error in service mode as the officetech1 said. To do this you need to press the head key (the head with the star inside) then 2+8 together and then the head key again. This will get you into service mode. Then select 'COPIER' then 'FUNCTION' then 'CLEAR' then select 'ERROR' or 'ERR' press 'OK' then switch the machine off and on again. This may get it working for a while or a long time. But if not, you will need a fixing film unit to remedy the problem.
I would like to ask you that I have a kyocera mita copier KM1505 and displays the code error like C610,So try to help me in order to resolve or fixe that problem.
most times eoo1 can be reset in service mode if there is no damage to fixing unit.
1) Enter service mode.
Press the operation panel user mode key, 2 key, 8 key and user mode key in this order.
2) scroll to "clear" and press ok then scroll to "err" and press ok.
if that does not work you can go back into service mode as above and instead of scrolling to "err" scroll to "all" and press ok. power off then on. doing this will clear settings service techs might have made but i've done quite a few and had no probs
