my keyboard is typing French Capital E instead of question mark? Does anyone know how to switch it back to english mode

To change the keyboard, click on Control Panel - Regional and Language Options - then Language tab - then Details button and select English (Australian) or English (United States) then click OK.
If these are not listed then click on Add and select the keyboard you require, then click OK.
