Question about Microsoft Xbox 360 Console
The only way this happens under normal conditions is if you have bought games online and they are from another country like Europe or Asia they use PAL to scan The US and a few other small countrys use NTSC.
Here is a list of the countrys www.terrascope.org/NTSCvsPAL.html
This is your best bet either that or the system you have bought is PAL which would make US games not work.
If this doesnt solve the problem i would contact MS to see what you need to do in order to fix this as i have never encountered this before under normal working conditions. Hope this helps.

Save hours of searching online or wasting money on unnecessary repairs by talking to a 6YA Expert who can help you resolve this issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
