Can't play videos on sandisk sansa view

Mpeg-4 video is the correct format but I can't convert it. I called the Sandisk customer support and that didn't help either. I can't get the video player to work. Any suggestions? thanks...

I have also tried on numerous occassions to sync videos from bearshare and youtube and as the others after using the video converter to properly format the videos so they will play on my sansa view, I am unsuccessful. I have received help from sansa and yet I have not yet figured out how to display my videos. I at least got the songs to play but the actual video running does not exist.

Use the included SanDisk Media Converter software to convert most popular video formats (such as MPEG-4, WMV, or DivX) into the MJPEG format playable on the e260.

Share slideshows of your favorite photos with your friends. SanDisk Media Converter also supports most image formats, allowing you to convert and downsize your images for display on the e260.
