when I turn the camera on and look at the picture view, what ever I am trying to take a pic of is a blur. I tried to process the photo, and it is still a blur. Everything else seems to be in perfect working order, it just will not take a clear photo.

Make sure the blurr isn't created by dust or other directly on the lens.
Press the picture button hallfway down in order for the picture to be in focus.
If all other fails: Repair

when you turn it on it buzzes, flashes red, and shuts off. i have charged th battery completely

Z1275 produces horizontal lines through images. Flash, auto, program....doesn't matter what mode.
