I have a kodak easyshare 10.3 megapixel camera

i have a kodak easyshare 10.3 megapixel camera that is less than a year old... when i plug it in to the power supply or the usb port on my computer, i get no response... think it's a power cord problem or a battery problem... help... mx1063.. kcgkm83921697.. thanks, ajthurman1@yahoo.com

This camera may have a warranty on it. Call the Kodak support from their website.
You may also use a card reader, if the camera works okay otherwise.
