Hi
A lot of machines need to have the pump stop on its own before you go to the rinse cycle and then the pump has to stop on its own again for the machine to know that it has completed the cycle before it will reset. Rinse again only this time remove the water tank when its pumping and see if the pump will quit on its own. It can take up to 5 minutes.
